Equipment: The company has seven seamless pipe extrusion production lines, of which there are three double-acting extruders above 50MN: double-acting forward 75MN and 100MN extruders made by Taizhong company, double-acting reverse 55MN made by SMS Extruder can extrude large-size thin-walled seamless pipes; four extruders under 20MN with drawing, rolling and roll straightening equipment can produce small-size high-precision thin-walled pipes.

Product specifications: φ22-440mm of 1-7 series aluminum alloy pipes with a wall thickness of 1-50mm can be produced, the pipe product accuracy and mechanical properties can meet the use, especially the φ200mm thin-walled pipes of 5083 alloy produced by 55MN extrusion.

Application:

Scope of application: Aluminum alloy seamless pipes are mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, and high-pressure containers; thin-walled pipes processed by cold processing are also used in military products such as aircraft and radar.
